Just purchased my 2026 Lexus NX from Lexus of Watertown, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded every expectation. My salesperson, Kevin Silva, was outstanding from our very first conversation. Their energy was contagious — upbeat, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic — which made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish.
