I bought a 2022 Jeep Compass from this dealership.
I bought a 2022 Jeep Compass from this dealership. After I bought the car, the salesman told me the radio screen was not working. The salesman told me when I took the car that I would need to take it for service and would need an inspection done. He said he would collaborate with me to reimburse me for those costs. I took the car for service and now I’m being told there are a lot of error codes popping up and my car has been in service for 3 days. I have tried to reach out to the salesman and and I have not heard from him.

Afif was great. Knowledgable, stayed in touch and true to his word. Made the entire experience seamless. When asked how long the entire process should take a few weeks in advance he was precise almost to the minute so I could arrange my schedule accordingly. Vanya was also kind, thoughtful and informative.
