We love all the staff!
We love all the staff! Design for service desks is very poorly designed and cold with doors opening. Resign desks for service staff please.

Communication could have been better.
Communication could have been better. The service department should contact the customer timely when the service is completed. I should not have to call as the business day is coming to an end to find out if my car is done. Even then, the service representative could not confirm the status of the car. Just not a great experience.

For a 5000 mile checkup it took 2.
For a 5000 mile checkup it took 2.5 hours. The waiting room was so cool that I had to wear my down jacket and I wasn’t the only one. I had to inquire as to the status of my car at the 2 hour timeframe and forgo the wash or it would have been over 3 hours wait. Poor time management
