Service Department Lacking Service.
While I love my car, I won't buy another car from Tom Wood Lexus. The service department is the very worst I have ever experienced and I've been driving for 65 years. The "I'm sorries" have been more than plentiful but absolutely nothing has changed in the quality of service.

Don't do it or your wasting your time and money
This has to be the worst dealership ever! They charge ridiculous prices. They actually broke the tire pressure sensor THEN had the nerve to call me and try to charge me for it! That's not even why the car was there. Never take a car here unless it's warranty work. I went there one time and that was too many. They really don't care about your vehicle either. I recommend you to never take an SC430 for them to work on! I recd an estimate for $1200 for one strut, thats on top of the nearly $3000 for a timing belt. It was a laundry list of things for $9000. I found a local reputable mechanic and he did most of the work for less than $2500. The ONLY plus was the loaner car! I may eventually buy an RX350 just never from Tom wood Please, don't fall for these con artists since they will try and rip you off. Being the most expensive does not make you the best. This is sadly the result of terrible management and ever worse service techs, but then charge a premium

Scam Artist
Scam artists. They tell you they will beat your cash offer for your used car and they tell you we are a one stop shop ie the sales rep will do everything including financing. Well that’s a bunch of crap. First the guy says he will honor our cash price then he says he can’t move on his price but will honor the lower price they had on the web site a few days ago (we have a screen shot to prove it). THEN THESE JERKS TRY TO ADD $458 for a blinking rear center brake tail light bulb that cost ten cents. Be honest tell people your adding $458 dollars in profit so that you can advertise a lower asking price making your cars seem like a great deal. Liars you stink. Go to any other Lexus but Tom Wood. Seriously $458 for a blinking brake light that nobody wants or needs or the government requires. YOUR A JOKE TOM WOOD LEXUS AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW IT.
