Easy process for test drive and no babysitter. I’m not up for much chit chat and i want the ability to spend time with the car on my pace. Every buyer is different and a good sales person will recognize the difference from a family to a business professional to a enthusiast about a specific model. She did great and has a bright future selling cars!! No pushy sales tactics for non-sense extras added after the test drive with the sales manager. Lastly, the finance manager Aldo was a stand-up guy. I’ve bought alot of cars and ALDO was a class act!! All - around great auto shopping experience for a luxury car. I

Awesome service
The service department is very knowledgeable and is very informative while working on the car. They all have excellent customer service skills and are very respectful of your time. I have been servicing my cars here for 15 years and I love the Lexus vehicles.
