I had problem with free Lexus tow service, and had to pay
I had problem with free Lexus tow service, and had to pay for towing. Service recommended bringing the issue up with corporate for a refund of towing, which they did.

Involved in a accident and limped to this dealership. After 2 days the service person AL said -“ i tried calling your insurer all day and they didnt return my calls, or emails, im not dealing with this. We dont deal with junk insurance companies, return our loaner, and pick up your truck assp.” Then i left messages for the service director and zip. Bubkis. Nada. How & the f do these incompetent peoole have jobs? Ill just bet Lexus corporate would not be thrilled with this behavior. Highly recommend NAPERVILLE LEXUS where thesir NOT aloof, incompetent and KNOW thee right way to treat customers & employ solutions indtead of excuses & xx.

Unfortunately, your insurance company was not willing to work with the repair estimate we provided, nor were they willing to send an appraiser to review the repairs needed. They advised that the matter would need to be disputed directly by the insured. Our role is to repair your vehicle, and we will do what we can to assist with the repair process. However, we are unable to dispute or negotiate claims on your behalf with your insurance carrier. We wish you the best in resolving your insurance claim and appreciate the opportunity to assist you should you choose to proceed with repairs.
