Alex was so knowledgeable and we had a nice comfort level
Alex was so knowledgeable and we had a nice comfort level with him instantly. He made the difference! Also, the dealership was very clean, thoughtful amenities for shoppers. A nice experience. The credit check, etc took too long.

Made an appointment for a recall on the backup camera.
Made an appointment for a recall on the backup camera. I also wanted them to check out a low tire pressure light. After a period of time I was told that the machine that fixed the recall was broken. They did fix the low pressure tire light. Kind of a waste of time.
