They took our car at the appointed time and began working
They took our car at the appointed time and began working on it. Our service manager provided us with a loaner car which allowed us to do other things. Our car was repaired quickly and correctly. They always go the extra mile by washing car and taking extra care to get adhesive off window. We won't use any other Lexus service department even though we live 100 miles away.

I had a tire pressure monitor needing replacement (after 13 years). I was able to get an appointment the day after I called and the work was completed while I waited in the customer lounge. Jaime Gantt is my service rep and is excellent, personable, and professional.
