Treasure Coast Lexus

I would not recommend. It's terrible that people don't accept accountability. Literally sold a car that I was working on with the dealership and tried to blame me that I didn't respond to his email when I literally have the thread. Then tells me to hurry in because we have a lot of showings so I had asked a few times prior for Otd pricing and get nothing. Oh surprise we sold the car 2 days ago. So sad that customer service is out the window.

I recently purchased my third Lexus, and this is the second vehicle I have acquired from Treasure Coast Lexus. Overall, I enjoyed working with the dealership, and my sales associate, Scott, provided excellent service. He demonstrated great patience throughout the negotiation process, which I truly appreciated. However, I had a significantly negative interaction with the sales manager, Anthony Barano (approximate spelling). I felt disrespected by his communication style and demeanor. His conduct fell well below the standard of customer service I expect from a Lexus dealership and, frankly, represented an embarrassment to your brand. While I remain a loyal Lexus customer, this experience with Mr. Barano has led me to seriously consider purchasing my next vehicle from a different dealership. I strongly recommend that the dealership provide remedial customer service training for this individual to prevent similar issues in the future.

Jean was attentive, quick, kind, and clear about his intentions. Didn’t hide anything when going over documents and signing things. Got a beautiful car in amazing condition. Highly recommend Lexus in treasure coast with Jean.
