I stopped by the Fairfield location at closing time on Thursday night after work, and Hector Diaz graciously showed be around and helped me scope out the available vehicles, which was very much appreciated because the place was closing up for the night. My wife and I came back the next day and while we didn't know much about the product line, Hector rode in several vehicle with us, educating us on what was available and the features of all the cars. A nice selection of pre-owned cars in Fairfield made it possible for us to find a car just right for us. Hector was a great advisor, very patient, friendly and informative. No high pressure, offering just what we needed to make our decisions. By Saturday we were ready to buy and Hector made sure we could drive away with the car same day, and even made the trip himself to the main office to obtain CT plates. And then while we waited for paperwork, he stayed and talked with us and we all got to know each other better, and and he made sure we understood how the buying process works at NewCountry and introduced us to how their service department operates.
