Vy was very helpful and polite. The 50K mile service was done under an hour. I didn’t mind waiting in their customer service lounge in the new location, very modern and comfy - time just flew by.

My wife and I would like to compliment Lexus of Colorado Springs on not only their fine treatment of us in general but also their excellent guest service experience individuals specifically We came to the dealership to look at vehicle that had been advertised on their website but was no longer available by the time we got there for our appointment. Our guest service manager (Michaela Fitzpatrick) then worked tirelessly to find us another one and the same color and interior at some other dealership, which she did,. However, after further thought we decided to look at a different model where her teammates facilitated another appointment for us to test drive that vehicle as she was out of the office the day we called back. Most importantly among these teammates was Eve McLaughlin who brought to us all the cars we looked at and expertly advised us as to how everything worked. Eve worked especially hard to answer all our questions and make sure we were not wanting for anything. Others teammates help with our experience as well but Eve's assistance was a big reason we are very satisfied with our guest experience at Lexus of Colorado Springs. and purchased the car we did.

Excellent experience! John was knowledgeable and patient with our vast financial questions and Eve was extremely helpful in teaching us how to actually get full usage of all the bells and whistles our RX350 came with. She knows this car in and out! Kudos to the dealership for having such talented people!
