Bought a 2020 Lexus RX350 from them in December 2025. Staff seemed to be friendly but once the purchase was completed....They all Ghosted me! Don't expect any customer service from this dealer. All I was asking for, was a $40 emergency key that was missing when I bought the car. Called and left messages all the way up to and including the GM. No response, no reply NADA. Ghosted! FYI I finally went to my local ACE hardware and got the key. $40.

At this dealership, Lexus Santa Monica, car salesmen just want to lead customers to their dealership for a test drive, to play with the price if the customer is unclear about the price or has a bad credit score. they don't really want to sell the car properly if you ask for a price and really want to buy it. dealing with them is a waste of time. 🥹
