The service department was very disappointing in my last visit told 2 hours took 3 little or no communication from service person no car wash as promised and my rear seat weather guards were all twisted bent out of shape

Excellent service. Antonio was a great tails on how to operate the fine points about our new Lexus. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Sacramento Lexus. We took delivery and our Lexus was equipped with extras we purchased. This is our second Lexus and appreciate quality and longevity of Lexus vehicles. We will be back to service our Lexus there. Antonio was extremely patient with us old folks and we surely recommend to purchase a new Lexus from Sacramento Lexus because of their above standard service
