The story is long .
The story is long ... but the experience was horrible. Performed work without explanation and authorization. Which then came to about five times what we expected to pay. The Service Director, Kevin, did right the situation. But undue stress and anxiety had already been imposed on us by the Service Writer. The dealership is in the process of being purchased. If I were the buyer I would ask for a huge discount as it will take them a very long time to build back the trust of customers. I bought my care at this dealership and it will never return there again!

I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in
I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in May 2025. There was an issue with the vehicle six weeks ago and we contacted the dealership to have this repaired. They told us they were unable to get the parts for at least Result, I have been unable to drive the vehicle for a four week period. Despite the fact it was brand new. I find it appalling that they sell vehicles that they cannot support. I believe there is an implicit guarantee that if you buy a vehicle from a dealership that moving forward, they will support the maintenance and repair of that vehicle on a timely basis. In contacting the dealership, they simply turn it back on us and said it’s not our fault that we can’t get the part. Again, I believe there’s an implicit guarantee when you buy a new car from a dealership that they will support that car on an ongoing basis. This is not a financial issue. This is simply an issue that after four weeks, I am still unable to drive a brand new vehicle as a result of the ineffectiveness of this dealership to support their new car sales. Buyer beware!!!
