False promises
Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience as many. Mr. John helped me buy a pre-owned truck that was a lease return. The purchase went well, and I was satisfied, initially. Mr. John made me a promise that he would get me an operational key fob for the truck, as the one it came with was damaged beyond use and repair, so I had no way to use the fob to lock the doors, remote start, etc. happy was told the truck came complete with two fobs, and assumed both would work. He planned to contact the previous owner and get me a second fob that was suppose to be relinquished upon lease return. With his repeated assurances, he stated he would get me that coveted fob. Many failed promises came and went, and he decided he would pay me personally for the promise he had made. It felt to me that the dealer should cover that, but I guess I was wrong. I expressed my appreciation, and bought and had a new fob and hard key cut and programmed. He said he would reimburse me. This all started on January 30th, 2022. It’s mid June, and he will no longer reply to repeated requests for reimbursement. Buyer beware. I should have made sure to get the promise on the “we owe” form, but instead, I fell for his word, which he repeatedly assure me was good. To make me whole, I expect a second, operational fob and reimbursement for the one I purchased.

Exceeded my Expectations!
Both Claudius (sales) and Juan Haire (sales manager) were awesome. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable of the Land Rover brand. Claudius was very attentive to my needs, concerns, and spent a great deal of time sending pictures and texts to answer all of my questions. He explained more than once my options, until I understood and was able to make an educated decision on what vehicle (RR or RR Sport) would be best and what options would be best for my family and I. He took the time to assist me after my purchase to program the features that will assist me in having a comfortable drive. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Great customer service and true definition of a luxury dealership. I highly recommend him! I felt comfortable and not pressured at all. The customer service will continue to bring me back every time when buying a vehicle. Keep it up Jaguar/Land Rover of Raleigh!

Buyer beware
I bought the new 2020 SVR. Car is great but watch these bait and switch guys. I give them a 1 for finance and a 5 for the car. We agreed on a price and term. They came back with contract and forgot the correct price. They went and fixed, came back and upped my lease term. I called and tried to get them to fix and nothing. Blank. No follow up. So buyers beware.
