The service rep was friendly and informative on the service that was required for my vehicle. He was understanding of my time table of when I needed my vehicle back and kept me informed with multiple texts on the status of the vehicle.

Brought my Range Rover in for service on October 21st,
Brought my Range Rover in for service on October 21st, when I was given my vehicle back whoever worked on it left their large cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee in my vehicle. When I asked Silex what's with the coffee in my car he looked stunned and gave no answer. I also complained on the Landrover web site and explained what happened. They said someone will reach out to me. I guess they're pretty busy because no one ever got back to me.
