9:30 am appt. For normal one year maintenance. Didn't get it back until 4:15 pm. Then a one hr. Drive home. Why deliver car so early for simple maintenance and wait all that time. Purchase of this 2020 car originally at Reno was a trial as well so went to Niello in Rocklyn and experience was phenominal. I will never go back again.
