I have purchased three vehicles from Land Rover of Louisville over the last 10+ years - a brand new 2014 Range Rover Sport, a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Range Rover Sport, and a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Land Rover Defender 110. All of them have been incredible vehicles that I've been proud to drive. There is nothing like a proper Land Rover on the road, or off it. I cannot recommend these cars highly enough. So... why the 1-star review? Well, I was blessed to have worked with a sales associate on all three transactions. She was direct, honest, and to the point. We never spent needless time haggling over minor issues. One year, at Christmas, we had issues with both Land Rovers, and need to travel 600 miles to see family. She lent us a GMC they had on their used lot that would fit our entire family. I will never forget that. Tragically she passed away last year from a medical issue. Land Rover of Louisville never told us. I just showed up one day and she was missing, and they mentioned it in passing. I sat there and cried. There was no transition to a new sales associate, either. I reached out to their head of sales last week about potentially buying back one of our two Land Rovers as we were getting my wife a new car. I never heard back. Then, this week - a first happened - one of our Land Rovers (the 2020 Defender) left us stranded. I had it towed to Land Rover of Louisville later that day, and was told it would be checked on by one of their techs on Thursday. Today (Friday), I get a message from Land Rover regarding my vehicle, thinking they diagnosed the issue. I was wrong. Instead what I got was them requesting money ($1,200) for a service regarding the fuel injectors. The vehicle has 25,000 miles and this service is typically performed when a car hits 45,000+ miles. Oh, and no update on the issues with the Defender. I will never do business with this place ever again. They have seen my last dollar. Between the poor customer management of sales and the $$$$ hungry service department, no one should ever expect to have a good time if you are required to visit them.

Service for 140,000 miles on my Range Rover

Took my 2014 Range Rover in for service. As always service was performed as necessary . When I picked up my suv it was clean and shiny and all service was performed. I always appreciate being able to get a loaner car from them while my car is in service. Quality work from quality individuals at Bluegrass Automotive thank you!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and they were amazing to work with! I had my 4 year old with me and they were so sweet and friendly with him and made the process incredibly easy! Kaylee explained everything clearly and Tyler made sure everything was good to go. I left this place feeling like I made some new friends and will definitely be back!
