Jaguar Land Rover South Shore

Bought a used car there. They cleaned up the engine and guaranteed there was nothing wrong with the car. A week later the oil was bone dry. The car was leaking oil. We had bought a warranty which conveniently did not cover the issue. They clearly cleaned up the engine knowing full well that it was leaking in order to fool a customer. When we tried to contact them to get some help they ignored us and gave us the runaround. Stay away. They lack integrity and honesty and are clearly happy to screw the customer to make a buck.

Absolutely terrible experience. We bought a car there a month ago. Test drove it and checked the engine, which was immaculate. That should have triggered a red flag I guess. Drove it for a week and the oil had leaked out and there was oil all over the engine. They cleaned up the engine to fool people that there wasn't a problem seemingly. But we bought the warranty! Oh, the warranty doesn't cover that we were told. So they totally sold us a lemon. Stay away!

I was sold a vehicle and promised no issues just to have been milked more and more money month after month with numerous ongoing issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to absolutely anyone!
