I will NEVER do business with Naperville Jaguar Land Rover again! They're not to be trusted. They lied about their "thorough safety and vehicle inspection". They pride themselves with this but it's a total joke. Motor oil level was low, and oil was profusely leaking from the incorrect oil pan plug seal washer they installed, the coolant level was low, the vehicle has a cruise control and emergency braking system failure, and the key fob persistently disconnects from car while driving and will often struggle to connect when trying to start the vehicle. The sales manager refused to even attempt to sympathize or believe me and treated me like I was a complete liar, just like they are. People like this will eventually create their own demise.

Do NOT buy from the Patrick Dealer Group!! Not only do they fraudulently sell frame damaged cars as “Certified Used Cars”, but the breach their own contract by refusing to respond to the Arbitration clause that THEY insist on and put in their sales contracts. Hanley Dawson is nothing but a con man who takes advantage of others with his deceptive business practices.

I own 2024 Range Rover sport.Every visit from Sales to Service has been been a delightful experience . I have been always treated as VIP. Exceptional people starting with Mr Tony Portuese service director to service manager Mr Erny Bonia are very passionate to please me(customer). I just have the first year service done, it was done on time and at a very reasonable price. It was a very pleasant experience.
