I was price the market on used F type jaguar convertibles in the R trim. I called about one in the color combination that was what I was looking for. Shaun was straight forward and didn't play any games. He negotiated with me fairly and we came to terms on price, warranty, and shipping. He was very accommodating and being a out of state internet car sale it added a little more complexity to it. I would recommend Shaun and the dealership he works for.
Volvo Issues After Less Than One Week

The factory new vehicle developed issues less than a week. The repair process has been far less than ideal. I have to repeatedly call the dealership for updates. I was told it would take a day initially. Then, that day became a week because the part had to be ordered. Next, the week turned into indefinitely because the part was now on backorder. Each time there was a new update with the process, I got no notification from the delearship. I had to keep calling.
I am more ticked that a factory new, $80K vehicle started having issues so soon and the dealership, at this point, doesn't seem to care much that this is happening. Whether the fault is Volvo or the dealership, this purchase has been regrettable and the experience very disappointing.

I have never enjoyed the car-buying experience until now. I made a brief phone call to the dealership where I was connected with Alicia Houston prior to coming in to view the vehicle that I was interested in. The phone call itself was very easy going and welcoming.
Alicia takes the time to truly know her customer and treat them with kindness, patience and respect. She clearly possesses knowledge of any car that she sells as well. Every question is answered thoroughly and precisely. What is very clear to me though, and stands out about my latest purchase is how passionate Alicia is about what she does. Aware of what I was looking for and with my interest at heart, Alicia made my experience one that I wish everyone to have. From the first handshake to the final hug and hand-off of my keys, I have a new friend at Howard Orloff. Hats off to Alicia for making something that tends to be slightly stress-inducing, a rather thrilling and joyful experience.
