Last year I purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Roswell

Last year I purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Roswell and I have been having battery drain issues non-stop. In February of this year I received more electrical and battery tests and they found out I had a bad battery which was replaced back then. I have been having issues again with the same thing. Early this week I took it back to service because of the same battery drain issue, which is well documented as having problems on all the Lemon Law Attorney sites . RJ the customer service rep said he was going to change the battery and I could pick it up when ready. When I got there RJ flat out lied to me regarding a new battery and proceeded to tell me that they never changed the battery. This is his actual text to me the night before. "I spoke with my tech and foreman and they think they found a way to replace the battery. My tech is going to pull it in here shortly to do replace it. --RJ Oquendo Jaguar Land Rover North Atlanta" I drove all the way back to the dealership and still there was no resolve to the ongoing battery drain. Never would I recommend this dealership, especially if you need warranty work done.

I absolutely do not recommend Hennessey Jaguar Land Rover

I absolutely do not recommend Hennessey Jaguar Land Rover North Atlanta, for service.  Extremely shocked and in utter disbelief sum up my experience after picking up my Jaguar XJ8, on Saturday, 9/27/25, from their service dept.  It had been with them since my 9/03/25, appt. to address the following: DTC P0455 and P0456; occasional stalls; brake fluid light occasionally coming on; oil and filter change due, and the check engine light was on. The major outcome is that they determined that I needed a fuel pump, and the total cost incurred, and paid in full for all of the services/labor provided was $4443.21.  The repairs/cost was not the issue. The issue is noted below. After my car was in their service dept. for repairs/services during 25 consecutive days, I discovered that my front suspension was damaged, immediately after driving off of their lot on Saturday, 9/27/25.   In shock, I immediately returned my car to their service dept., and was advised that parts could be ordered on Monday to address the issue, and I requested a service work order.  The service advisor wrote up a service work order stating: FRT SUSP/DRIVE AXLE  CLIENT STATES CHATTERING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT END WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS, STATES TO NOTICE AS SOON AS SHE PICKED UP THE VEHICLE.  9/27/29 (should have been year '25 instead of '29) 12:16 PM I advised of more than chattering noise when I immediately returned my car to the service advisor on 9/27/25. I asked how in the world could they provide my car to me in such a clearly damaged condition?!!  The inquiry was met with evasiveness as I further described the very poor handling, unsafe and non-stable driving condition that my car was now in. It is truly difficult being faced with the fact that they handed me my car key as if my car hadn't been returned to me with damages - a front suspension issue that occurred at some point in time while in their possession from 9/03/25 - 9/27/25, and for not taking into consideration the unsafe driving condition I was presented with.  I wasn't offered a loaner nor a rental, but was told that they could order the parts on Monday. Their inspection Video Summary did not include any reference to a suspension problem when I left my car with them on 9/03/25 because there wasn't any such issue, until it was given back to me on 9/27/25. Nor was there any mention of a suspension issue following their multipoint inspection, when I left it with them on 9/03/25 because there wasn't any such issue prior to the appt. My car had 129,562 miles on it when I left it with their service dept. on 9/03/25, but it had over 90 additional miles (129,653) when I picked it up on 9/27/25. That amount of mileage is also a cause for concern. The check engine light also came back on as my car bounced wildly as I tried my best to maintain control of it during the nearly 40-minute drive home. I didn't feel safe driving my car home in that condition, and a condition resulting from something that occurred while in their possession.  It was all truly extremely disappointing.  I was a cust for many years and had never experienced any situation of this sort before. I purchased my 2002 Jaguar XJ8 in 2004, and have given it the best of care, and have been very conservative regarding its mileage, as evidenced by it only having 129, 562 miles on it, when I left it with their service dept. on 9/03/25. Not being able to trust them any longer, after my recent experience noted above, I sought service elsewhere for the front suspension issue that occurred between 9/03/25 - 9/27/25 while in Hennessey Jaguar Land Rover North Atlanta's Service Dept. On 10/06/25, it cost me $1,214.50 to have the front suspension issue repaired at another service dept., and it has resulted in one thousand, two-hundred and fourteen reasons for me to not seek service again from Hennessey Jaguar Land Rover North Atlanta's Service Dept., ever. They absolutely did not do right by me, as noted above.
