I do not know where to begin with this review as I really want this review to help other consumers for their car searching process. This is probably one of the worst dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. I have purchased a cpo 2022 Range Rover Westminster. There was a problem even during the delivery process. As I live in NJ and they were going to deliver the vehicle to me, I specifically told them that I would need a some type of a delivery window. As both of my wife and I work, this was important as someone needed to be home. I did not need an exact time but just about a 4 hr delivery window so I can make sure someone can be home to accept the delivery. This was Monday when I requested this and my salesman states no problem. The dealership could not even give what day my car was to be delivered at that time. I heard nothing until Wednesday when I approached the dealership. Upon asking what is the status of the delivery, they stated they could not give exactly when the car will be delivered but it is to be expected anywhere from tomorrow to Saturday. I was very upset when I heard this as I specifically have put in the request to give me some type of delivery window time so I can make sure someone can be home. They stated there is nothing they can do as they have a third party to deliver the vehicle. Mind you, I am a healthcare provider that has three practices and my wife is a nurse. We cannot take off our work in such a short notice. Therefore, I was furious. Dealership told me they will try their best to find the delivery window for me but never did. Instead, delivery person called me Friday morning that he is one hour away. Therefore, I told him I am at work and so is my wife. There is no way I can accept this vehicle within next 4 hrs. Because of this mishap, I had rushed back to my house in the afternoon after designating some of my work to my associates. On top of this, delivery guy said he cannot come into my street so expected me to come to him to pick up the vehicle. I had to go out about 1/2 mile from my street to bigger road to pick up my vehicle. Surprisingly, the negative experience do not end here. I have bought my car at the end of July and I still do not have my permanent plate and registration. This is October 8th. My second temp plate just expired today and the dealership provided no solution regarding this matter. By the way, no one has reached out to me what was going on with this process until I have reached out to the dealership with just 5 days left of my first temp plate expiration date. First response I got from my car salesman was sometimes this process can take 45 days to 60 days and they have no control over this situation. I told him this is not my first time buying the vehicle nor purchasing from out of state. Usually, any mishap like this is not from dmv but just the processing error or delay by the dealership. Anyhow, they gave me 2nd temp plate and no one reached out again to me after that encounter. Therefore, I reached out to them saying this is unacceptable and I need to know what is causing the delay and what is the status of my permanent plates/registration. From this moment and on, their business manager has taken over and explained to me that NJ DMV never received duplicate title and therefore, permanent plates and registration is still not processed. Upon asking why dmv never got the dup title, they stated they do not know why. They do not know if their tag/title department forgot to send it, lost it, nor this got lost in the mail. Anyhow, when they were asked about what is remedy to this situation, they stated there is nothing they can do but wait until duplicate title is received from the bank. And, here we are today with my 2nd temp plate has expired and they did not provide with a 3rd temp plate yet so I can't even drive my car now.

The positive reviews of this site have not been my most recent experience. The dearler returned my car after 7 months with damage to components and then denied they had anything to do with it while acknowledging it's only been worked on there for 27 years!!!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Rod Dandy reached out to me immediately following my inquiry and provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely responsive to any and all questions and went the extra mile. Rod ensured the vehicle was ready for a test drive upon my arrival and even came in on his regularly scheduled day off. Rod was upfront with all the pricing and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The financing process was also amazing and the smoothest I've ever experienced out of at least a dozen auto purchases. When I returned to pick up the vehicle Rod once again had it ready to go and he went above and beyond again to make sure he gave it the white glove treatment.
