Worst purchase experience, incompetent dealership.

I'm surprised how this dealer had so many good reviews. I purchased a lot of vehicles for the past 15 years and never had an experience this bad that I have to share. Bought a pre-owned Kia K900 for my parents from this dealer in July 2020, but until now we have not received the registration and license plates. Never received updates from salesman or financial manager, always had to follow up or find out the hard way. Even though this is out-of-state purchase (due to color preference), it should not take almost 3 months for us to finally receive the vehicle, all because of their inexperienced/incompetent, miscommunications, unclear expectations, etc. Wish I had time to spill out all the details... Never again. We contacted the TX DMV and was told there's no records and/or no paperwork being done for the Kia K900 based on the VIN. They asked to provide tracking number or proof of paperwork sent. We have not received any response from you or your manager, Michal Niezbecki, with an update.

After communicating with Nate (very helpful) the next day I made an appointment with him to view a specific car that I was interested in. Since I was an hour away I gave him a half hour window for my arrival. I also received a phone call that morning from one of the managers and he assured me that Nate would have the car ready for me when I arrived. (My concern was for it to be clean because of Coronavirus - I’m older!) When I was almost there Nate called me to say the vehicle had been sold and he had only just found out. So, my critique is that management should have called me when they received the second inquiry and given me the opportunity to buy or decline before agreeing to a sale with the second party. At the very least it would have saved me a wasted two hour round trip. Despite this experience I would consider working with them again as they have great stock and fair prices.
