Punctual and efficient scheduled service on my 2024 RR Sport. 8am appointment, out at 10am! Really appreciate that! Just hoping that the "detail" department would add vacuuming under the mats to the service.

I had new brake pads and rotors installed a month ago and
I had new brake pads and rotors installed a month ago and they are now squeaking very loudly. It took over a week and a message to the GM to get someone to respond. They did get me in the same day for service and gave me an explanation on how they fixed the problem; however, my brakes are still squeaking and nothing has changed. For the amount of money I paid for the initial service, I’m very disappointed that all it did was create a new problem that I didn’t have prior.
