I am writing this review to document my experience as a buyer and long-term owner. I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Sport Td6 from Land Rover Denver approximately five years ago. At the time of sale, I was told that the diesel platform was reliable, offered lower maintenance costs, and required oil changes at intervals of roughly 10,000 to 16,000 miles. This was my first diesel vehicle, and I relied on those representations when deciding to purchase. Shortly after purchase, and while the vehicle was still within the original warranty period, the DEF and emissions system began to fail. The vehicle repeatedly displays “Incorrect DEF Quality” warnings followed by a “No engine starts in XX miles” countdown that eventually disables the vehicle. The dealership attempted multiple repairs during the warranty period, including replacement of the DEF injector and injector housing. These repairs did not resolve the issue, and the same failure has returned every year since. During later conversations with service staff, including Tyler, who identified himself as an Assistant Service Manager at this location, I was told that these Td6 diesel issues are common. He explained that the emissions system was designed primarily for European fuel standards and driving conditions, and that unless the vehicle is used for towing or long highway drives, the system is prone to repeated failures. He also indicated that Jaguar Land Rover has since discontinued this diesel configuration. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of sale. I specifically stated that I did not intend to tow and was interested in reduced maintenance costs. Over five years of ownership, I have spent thousands of dollars addressing the same emissions issue without a permanent fix. Independent European repair shops have confirmed that this is a known design limitation and that repairs often provide only temporary relief. As a disabled American veteran, this experience has been financially and personally frustrating. I believe buyers deserve full and accurate disclosure when purchasing a vehicle, especially when known limitations and recurring issues exist. I am leaving this review so future customers can make an informed decision and understand the potential long-term ownership risks associated with this model and dealership experience.

Brought a vehicle from late January and it's ridiculous how paperwork hasn't complete for 4 months, 2 of my temporary plates expired and my paperwork hasn't complete. Staffs were lack of knowledge and not paying attention to details when they submit paperwork. Just don't come buy cars from here, it will make your life happier

Staff even pretended to leave the dealership to avoid the follow up, they were lack of knowledge and not paying attention to details when they submit paperwork. Just don't come buy cars from here, it will make your life happier
