Communication needs improvements, no coordination between the dealer and upper management. Although I appreciate the service representative efforts, my car still has the recall issue . And the safety issue will not be addressed for several months. I am reconsidering doing business with Land Rover Jaguar and even moving in a different direction for other vehicles
