Worst dealership service ever. I booked a warranty repair a month in advance just to make sure that I could secure a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being diagnosed and repaired. I confirmed TWICE about the loaner vehicle and received confirmation that it's been reserved for me both times. I then receive a third call the day before my appointment and the rep tells me about a $275 diagnostic fee that's required which was never mentioned before. He also told me he doesn't see any mention of a loaner vehicle request on my record and offered me an Uber ride home instead. He proceeded to tell me how limited they are with loaner vehicles and that it's near impossible. Maybe he should get the story straight with the two previous reps they were able to confirm the loaner with me if that's the case. This dealership wasted my time, jerked me around and decided to disclose a required fee last minute. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism of their service center and cannot believe they'd try to pull a fast one on me last minute. If you value your time and money, don't waste it here and better yet, take your business elsewhere.
