The 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid is an all-new variant of the subcompact Sportage SUV.
Three trims are available: LX, EX, and SX-Prestige.
It is powered by a combined 227-hp, turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Front wheel drive (FWD) comes standard, while all-wheel drive (AWD) is available. Fuel economy for the FWD Sportage Hybrid is an EPA-estimated rating of 42/44 mpg city/highway. It slightly decreases to a 38/38 mpg rating for the AWD model.
