The 2023 Kia Niro EV is a subcompact SUV that seats five passengers. This year, it’s been redesigned with rugged, yet futuristic styling. Inside, standard features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen multimedia system, Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, and remote and push-button start.
Powering the Niro EV is a standard 201-hp, 150-kW electric motor and a 64.8 kWh lithium-ion battery mated to a single speed automatic transmission. It has an EPA-estimate pure electric driving range of 253 miles.
