I purchased a car from Ewald Kia (Oconomowoc, WI) three years ago and, overall, I’ve been happy with the vehicle itself. However, my experience with the dealership has been consistently disappointing. Over the years, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to address my concerns have left me frustrated and disappointed. I have had a number of warranty and safety issues with the car and have received little to no response, despite reaching out multiple times to associates, managers, and even the HR department. Each time I visit the dealership, I’m left dealing with a different associate, which only adds to the frustration. It’s clear the dealership is struggling with staff retention, which may be contributing to the poor communication and lack of continuity in service. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. Because of this, I would not purchase another vehicle from Ewald, nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone.

We recently leased a 2025 Kia Sorento SX from the great folks at Ewald Kia of Oconomowoc. We cant say enough about the courtesy, professionalism, and attention that was given to us through this experience. It was our first car lease and everything about leasing was explained in deatail. Kudos to Roxanna, Jeff, Matt, and Hunter for making this a great experience for us!
