This is the 2nd new Kia we’ve bought at Lupient.
This is the 2nd new Kia we’ve bought at Lupient. Marvin Cameron was great to work with - he’s very knowledgeable, patient and got us a great deal. Love the service at Lupient, too.

I would recommend not buying the 2017 used Ford Escape
I would recommend not buying the 2017 used Ford Escape (VIN 1FMCU9GD0HUB99839) that is currently on the lot. I have proof that this car was sold to me one month ago and requires a $11,000-14,000 engine replacement. The car has coolant intrusion and they are hiding the issue by topping off the coolant and masking the issue for about 300 miles. (Verified by a Ford certified mechanic and independent mechanic)…See attached pictures. According to Doug and Dana, they could not fix the engine because it was greater value then the car itself. They fortunately bought it back and forced me into a larger loan with them, but within 48 hours posted the lemon car back for the next unsuspecting victim. 0 stars dealing with these scam artists. Specifically avoid Doug, Dana, Joe and salesmen Ryan and financial guy Erick (who attempted to pocket my deposit of $1,000 cash.)

Monica, we unwound your entire deal without issue and got you into a far newer and nicer vehicle - that is why your payment went up, we did not "force" you into anything, and you left happy. Additionally, when we bought your car back it reentered our inventory temporarily but absolutely was not for sale - that vehicle is headed to the auction and will likely be scrapped. Our General Manager, Doug, attempted to reach out to you multiple times, via multiple methods, and you did not answer or return our messages.
