Was traveling and needed last-minute service. Service department was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, but was also very honest and helpful with making sure our fix would be covered under warranty. A+ service, would recommend.

Let me tell you a story about the ultimate car buying
Let me tell you a story about the ultimate car buying experience. This is going to be lengthy but it's worth it. We arrived at Janesville Kia on a Friday night at 6:30pm. The car we wanted to drive was already running and warm, waiting for us. We walk inside and get greeted warmly by Allen, who shared that he just took on the GM role of this location 2 hours earlier! In fact, there was a clean sweep of management and sales people just 2 hours earlier. So, they are running on a VERY limited crew of people that just started 2 hours earlier. Their previous experience was at the Nissan, across the street. Now, don't be mistaken because these people are not newbies, they have extensive experience in the auto industry and know the business. Ok, back to our experience. We test drive a new Kia K4 GT line and had a positive experience with that. Now for the hard part, right? Nope, we had a few minor things to work through, but it was relatively painless. We were in & out in under an hour (!!!!) putting a deposit on the car and pounding out the pricing. Went back the next day and had a few more minor details to work out but, again, relatively painless. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Allen (GM) and Doug (sales). This location is in GREAT hands going forward. If we're in the market in the future, we will 100% be coming back to see Allen and Doug. Exemplary work gentlemen!! Thanks for everything.
