Don't waste your time getting a vehicle here! Interest rates are ridiculous! 850 credit score and still want to charge 6.9% interest. Kiss off! Find it a bit shady. Owned Kias for years, always used kia finance. They where saying that kia finance was higher interest. service department great, sales. Not willing to work with you on interest.

Shady dealership! Do not buy from here.

DO NOT buy a car from this dealership! I read some bad reviews on here and went against my better judgment to drive over an hour to see a car on their lot. This is the shadiest/least professional dealership I’ve ever bought from. Do yourself a favor and dont buy a car from here. They told me the car passed all their safety standards and tests. Long story short, I could tell their was an issue with the suspension when I test drove the car. I made them write and re-write language in my purchase agreement that they would fix the suspension issue (which was causing a clicking sound when turning). They put it in writing that they would fix the issue and and “clicking sound”. I waited a week to go pick up the car because they were “fixing the issue”. I go to pick up the car and as soon as I leave the lot what do I hear- clicking sounds when turning that are worse than before. I go to turn around and drive back to the dealership and it’s closed. I drive a car with serious suspension issues an hour home. The next day I call tell 3 different people what the problem is and I ask them they are going to fix the situation. They all told me they were going to call me back. 2 days later I call and talk to the used car Sales Manager and he tells me to drive it back to get serviced. I tell him there’s no way I’m driving it back over an hour not knowing if something is seriously wrong with the suspension. Long story short, it’s been over 2 weeks since I bought the car and they have no returned one single call of mine besides the first call 2 weeks ago. Every time I call to ask them what will be done to fix this situation they say they’ll call me back. I brought the car in to 2 different shops local shops and I was told it’ll be over $1100 to fix and that I should not drive the car until they can get it in to fix. I called to tell the sales manager about the situation and everyone I talk to says they’ll call me back… I still have yet to hear back… I will be moving forward with complaints against this shady dealership. I have an agreement IN WRITING to fix and they still didn’t fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE… Attached are some nice photos of how they left my windshield as well. They were supposed to remove the illegal tint visor on the windshield and they left me with a sticky windshield with crap all over it. And of of of course they also hide the chip in the windshield with the sales sticker… This dealership is the most dishonest business I’ve ever bought from. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
