Customer service was great. Waiting area was clean snacks and coffee was available. Took my Kia Sportage in and got great service. Didn’t have to wait all that long and everything was done as promised. Your employee’s are very courteous. Thank you

All I can say is...I've bought several cars and had decent experiences but this one beats the rest. I will be giving referrals to this dealership for sure.

I was experiencing problems with my brakes and brought the car in at 3:00 pm for a certified tech to check. I was shocked when the tech told me they could get my car fixed and completed the SAME day. Thanks Freedom Kia of Morgantown!! Awesome Customer Experience.
