Smith Kia of Bellingham

2016 Kia Sorento all the bells and whistles, paid over $30,000. There is nothing good I can say about this place or vehicle. The vehicle is a lemon. Bought it used with less than 50,000 miles. Transmission replaced at 80.,000. Known engine issues, oil consumption, with no resolution because it’s not under warranty anymore. Service staff, Michael, super pressured and when questions are asked deflects and becomes agitated and a bully. Put a contract in front of me dated 2020 without my signature stated no more free oil changed until I schedule their 60/90 service. $669.00 When asked for my signed contract said… you should have it in your paperwork. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I’ll admit it… I got suckered!

The salesman, sales manager and Finance Manager were friendly and respectful. They also answered my questions and then explained things well.

Riley and Jacob were great. Told them what i needed and how much i had to put down. They didn't beat around the bush and got right to the point and showed me what kind of vehicle they could get me approved for. I was approved in minutes. The next day i visited several other auto dealerships hoping they could match Kia's offer or even offer me something better with my poor credit score. Unfortunately they couldn't. The following day I was driving off the Kia lot in a brand new 2025 K4! Thank you Riley and Team at Kia for helping me out. I'll definitely let everyone know to come check you guys out.
