Arrogant people that offer you stupid lowball offers for your trade. They have no brand loyalty whatsoever. They want to sell you their vehicles at near msrp but offer you stupid low price for your Chrysler trade. What made me the most frustrated is that the sales manager, Steve, came and just laid out a paper showing “what my trade was worth” to Carmax. Like Blackwell won’t put my 2026 trade on their lot for sale beside all the other used vehicles they have on their lot. One side of their mouths praise their new vehicles and the other side talks crap about the resale value of them. Steve, one of the sales managers, really has a talent for talking to you like you’re an idiot. He has to remember, YOU, the customer, is doing them a favor. Not the other way around. I will NEVER, EVER, set foot on that dealership lot again. Not even for service. I’ve bought very many new vehicles in my life. So I can attest what a good, honest dealership is like and what a xxx one is like. By the way, I left that dealership and went to another dealership the very next day and got $7000 more for my trade PLUS $6000 more off the msrp of the same truck I tried to buy from Blackwell.

I have been trying to buy a vehicle for the past week. Was told to ask for Hailey, I yet to hear or see her , went there, call left message. Found same vehicle is Burlington kia for $3000 less. They like makeup in Danville!
