My experience at Southern Kia was absolutely awful, and I want others to be warned before walking through their doors. As a first-time mom to twins desperately needing a bigger vehicle, I came in expecting the honesty and transparency they advertise. Instead, I was met with price games, pressure, and tactics that felt completely predatory. The online price was listed at $41,502 but in person they added over $8,500 in adjustments, taxes, & fees. When I questioned it, the excuses started—suddenly I “didn’t qualify” for the rebates they advertised, and if I dared to use any discounts/rebates, they said my interest rate would magically go up. It felt like every step of the process was designed to confuse me, intimidate me, or push me into paying more than I should. The whole experience made it painfully obvious that they cared more about squeezing extra money out of me than actually helping a customer who came in with a clear need. I left feeling taken advantage of, disrespected, and extremely frustrated. If you value transparency, honesty, or basic human decency, stay far away from Southern Kia.

The service department is horrendous.
The service department is horrendous. They do not communicate, they are disorganized, they can do nothing in a timely manner, and the quoted price is not the final price. They tried to charge us twice for work we had done and they took two months to order parts and install them. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else!!
