We drove 6 1/2 hours with financing in hand and wanting a specific car. Car was available and ready to view and desk was made. Everything was great throughout the process, the follow up is where things started going wrong. They didn’t have the second key on hand and said they would mail it out on Monday when they could get it. Monday came and went with nothing, a week later, they couldn’t find the key and promised a gas card in the amount of the key replacement cost, $300. Three weeks later and still nothing, not to mention my other daughter found a car she wanted but it was not priced yet. Again no follow through on the price of the car or anything. Oh well, loss of a sale, I’m sure as one out of 1,000 customers we don’t matter but we were ready to buy from them again.

This place is a joke, took the car in to diagnose an issue and all they did was say I need to replace a major assembly. There was zero diagnostics performed and the service manager is something else. Stay away from Kia as they are not customer oriented after the sale.

If you're reading this it's too late! I went on line to get an idea of how much their large KIA SUV's were, I immediately started getting calls, 10 the first day. I explained that I was just curious about the car and wouldn't be ready to buy for a year. I've received over 30 phone calls and each one I explain I wasn't ready to buy and please take me off your list. Yesterday I got my 31st call and told him that now, you're pissing me off and I'd NEVER, EVER buy any car from any World Car Dealership!!!!!
