So disappointed in this dealership
They were great Till they weren’t! My husband went in and bought me a 2023 Telluride Valentine’s Day best gift ever till it wasn’t.That was on a Wednesday by that following Sunday the transmission was slipping and shifting hard! I addressed it with them because I did not feel safe driving it with my granddaughter in it due to it stalling at stops! They had me take it n on Tuesday at 8:30 ended up having to leave it over night service manager assured me it would be ready by noon the next day and they did not have a loaner for me to use is what I was told! Sure enough car was ready the next day had my husband pick it up, the service guy went to go fuel it up came back and told my husband it started doing the same probablemente again!They were able to “fix” it and brought it home and the next morning going to work the issue started again.. I have spoken to Morris, one of the sales manager informing him I no longer want the car due to it having a bad transmission and he assured me they would help me get into something new but at the trike they didn’t have anything for me so i went a online and saw they have a few telluride sand i was told they were taken next day i saw another one posted on there and I yet to hear from him..pretty much juts getting the run around and 2023 telluride is still in the shop!

New 2023 Telluride for OUR 30 Year Anniversary
Well just bought a 2023 Telluride hadn’t drove more than 1 week and problems with the car. The shifting acts like the transmission is slipping on take off and during the drive. Brought it in the 1st Time and it wasn’t fixed. Was driving it out of the dealership and turned around slipping was bad. I was called told it was fixed the second time. They went to fuel it up and was slipping again. So that’s Two times. Guess it’s to new and they can’t find a tech to solve the problem. Waiting on a loaner and wasting time and money on something I should have never purchased. It’s up to you if you want to take that chance. Sorry but not Sorry. Very disappointed

Kia of San Angelo Amazing People
My husband and I went up to kia of San Angelo thinking we wouldn't get our vehicle traded in cause we was so upside down on our expedition. We finally found something my husband and I both liked and I'm telling you, Hunter Smith did an amazing job finding that perfect truck that we both liked, it was a challenge for sure! After Hunter Smith found our truck Lloyd and Matt ( Sale Managers) worked harder then I've seen someone work to get us in that truck and out from a vehicle that no one else could. We thank yall for all the hard work you did to get us what we wanted!! It was a very easy process for us as customers!
