Jason is the greatest! Friendly and personable! Wills backed him up on his day off and we couldn’t ask for a better pair of sales associates! Jason is easy to talk to and doesn’t feed you a lot of nonsense! We are excited to be back with the KIA family!

Two days after buying my car, I noticed a guitar-string–like noise when turning the steering wheel. Katrina and Jamie handled the issue very quickly and professionally. Katrina even arranged a loaner car, which I really appreciated. Great service and support — thank you!

Not reliable at all, customer service, orientation and delays are a norm. Think 1000x times before you visit here. The sales manager Angel Ortiz, his sales team (Mohammad Riaz) and his finance team led by Jesus are a total waste of time. There is no compassion, no business model, no service model in place. Working haphazardly with no focus on customer requirements. Please please please find some other KIA showroom. Kia is a great upcoming brand but please find the right showroom and definitely not Kia of Round Rock!
