Terrible! I leased a new Honda Prologue from K-G Honda Dealership in Odessa on September 11th, 2024. It is now April 16th, 2005 and I still do not have title, registration and permanent license plates. Worst service I have ever seen!!!

Unacceptable Service – Avoid This Dealership On November 23, 2024, my husband and I traded in our pickup for a newer one at Kelly Grimsley on 8th Street in Odessa. What should have been a simple process quickly turned into a nightmare due to their incompetence and lack of urgency. It took them more than six weeks—far beyond a reasonable timeframe—to finally pay off our trade-in loan. Meanwhile, our financial institution made multiple attempts to contact them, only to be ignored. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership continued to make excuses, blaming internal issues like being short-staffed while leaving us to deal with the stress of their negligence. Now, nearly three months after purchasing our vehicle, we still haven’t received our permanent tags and are now on our second temporary tag. Even worse, they haven’t even submitted or started the paperwork to register the vehicle in our name, meaning we are essentially driving a vehicle that isn’t legally ours. Their complete failure to handle basic registration responsibilities is beyond unacceptable. The lack of communication and accountability from this dealership is shocking. If you're considering buying from Kelly Grimsley, be prepared for endless delays, excuses, and frustration. I strongly advise against doing business here.
