This review is for Service Advisor Daniel I took my Kia for a recall and ended up getting a oil change, they sent the email or text of the things they recommend repairing and doing maintenance on, but was going to do them later on one of the photos the rubber was off my windshield wipers and I know they were not like that when I took my car there, I asked did they pull that off and I was told no but when I got to the grocery store to put groceries in the car I seen the rubber hanging, I thought it went back on but it didn’t it was pulled off by someone, I called the dealership and ended up having to speak with Daniel and he was very rude and told me because my lack of maintenance he was not going to in other words make what they did wrong right because I hadn’t got them replaced since I had the car but someone pulled the rubber off the front and back, I felt that was rude and insulting as me being a customer he do not know what I have been through for him to judge me by windshield wipers, I have been getting my oil changes like I’m supposed to just hadn’t replaced the wipers yet and I know I needed new ones just hadn’t got around to do it but I had to experience someone tearing my wipers up and then wanted me to believe they were like that if you don’t know anything else you know your car and I use my wipers daily and it had just rained days before and they were not hanging. I know things happen but that didn't and I had to be made to feel like I was a bad person and deserved it when I know he didn’t know me at all. I have been there pls Ty times and that was my first bad experience and I’m thinking about not ever going back it is just closer for me but I will go out my way for good customer service and for them not to tear up my car. Daniel is rude and has no compassion because everyone comes to get their car serviced and has not replaced things in a timely manner so he believes we all have lack of Maintenance, not life issues like financial issues or family situations and wipers is not important at that time. He asked me why I didn’t replace them I’ve had my car since 2021 it was a brand new 2022 the wipers just seem to get where they might need to be replaced and I have lack of maintenance per Daniel a service advisor that is supposed to be professional, I spoke to somebody else and they replaced the wipers, don’t remember who she was I think she said the GM NOT SURE BUT I WANT TO THANK HER FOR HER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE LIKE HER WOULD BE THE REASON I CONTINUE TO COME THERE.
