I wanna give a big shout out to Bobby for going above and beyond to try and get me in the truck I wanted… he pulled out every trick in the book and was able to get me in it… I recommend him to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle… also wanna thank Alonzo for helping out as well… I saw the truck an immediately got on the phone with Bobby an he didn’t stop until I signed the papers on it…. Be sure to make them give you a copy of the paperwork you sign electronically on the spot. I’ve been trying for 6 months to get a copy of what I signed mailed to me (I live 1 1/2 hours away). They say they can’t email it. Promised to mail multiple times and still nothing. Also had an issue right away with the threading on the steering wheel. Replaced with the wrong steering for the vehicle. (Controls weren’t the same). Wouldn’t believe that it was the wrong one although ever other vehicle like it on their lot was like my original one. After 4 months of calling weekly and multiple trios in about this they finally decided to order again. Guess what it was the correct one. If I had not continued to insist this problem be fixed nothing would have happened. As for the purchase paperwork I signed I’ll be showing up to demand in person. Shouldn’t be like this.

Bradley, you were great to deal with. I appreciate your attitude and integrity. However: I am very disappointed in the way finance did not honor the 5.7% that was quoted and confirmed by your sales manager. I trusted you both! I hope and pray that Longview Kia management corrects the deal we had for me buying the 2019 Toyota Rav4 @ 5.7% prior to finance pulling an unethical change to 6.19%. My eagerness to own the Rav4 clouded my good judgement, and I signed. 5.7% means 5.7 not 6.19%.
