Drove over two hours to go back to a dealership we had dealt with before. We knew the forever warranty was a scam and getting your oil changed there was also not a good idea but I get my service locally and soon as we discovered the forever warranty was crap I went to a local dealership. They had a used car we liked and wanted to buy the salesman let us test drive it. We said cash out the door give us a price he gave us a price (Kevin) so I countered with my price so Kevin the salesman went and spoke with somebody I assume the manager who said no can't do that price and oh by the way can't do the price you offered . So Kevin come back tells us can't do the price you want and can't do the price he offered the price has gone up we was like WTH makes no sense to offer a price then go up from there. He then proceeded to tell us why the price went up which sounded like a bunch of crap made up We left knowing they do not like to deal with repeat customers and we was always taught cash is the way to go but apparently not with them. Very disappointed I wouldn't recommend then to anybody run run run

Just to get your car look at for service it takes 5 or more days! This does not include repair time. I bought a new 2020 Kia Cadenza and have had nothing but problems. I would not recommend this dealership or Kia! And Please do not fall for the warranty forever it’s a joke! They will not honor it unless you have spent thousands of dollars with dealer on over priced service. I am very disappointed that I bought a car from DeMontrond Dealership. I was sucked in by the warranty forever. Hattie
