DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO to this Kia!! A had an issue yesterday then the manager has the nerve to call taking the advisors side instead of checking his cameras first!!! An apology should've came before trying to fix the situation but no I got a he said comment instead. Never again will I go to this dealership

We stopped in to meet D and had a pretty disappointing experience. Although D is very nice, he kept trying to get us to sign different commitment forms before we had even seen all the numbers and fees. We felt high pressured and asking my young daughter to commit by signing was unlike any other treatment at other dealers. Not sure how making potential customers feel so uncomfortable in buying process will work out for your business long term. Our favorite dealers were Acura Park Place Plano (Brock), Acura Dallas (Courtney), Lexus Park Place (Cameron), and Toy Plano (Luke). We have purchased 3 cars in the last 3 months…
