Kia of Abilene

Santos is the worst salesperson ever. Just to start, we are a KIA family; we have owned many Kia vehicles over the last two decades. My daughter is preparing to purchase her first brand-new Kia, so she visited on Friday, 9/19/25, to pre-shop and understand her options. She also wanted guidance on preparing her current car for trade-in. Unfortunately, Santos was rude and dismissive— informing her that the Optima she currently owns had too many miles and she owed too much for a trade-in. He refused to show her the inventory, would not get the keys for a car she wanted to see, and repeatedly told her she couldn't afford a new KIA. She left in tears, feeling devastated. While she later had a positive experience at a Toyota dealer, we are very disappointed with KIA of Abaline. We expect KIA of Abaline to address this customer service issue and ensure a more supportive approach for future customers.

Naturally, I was upset when someone hit and totaled out my beloved car so, I went over to Kia Of Abilene and made car history! 😄 I love my new car (2025 Kia Seltos) This is my 3rd Kia vehicle and they never disappoint!!! The staff here are very professional, wonderful and knowledgeable not only about the Kia brands but about varies other brands such as Ford, Nissan, Chevrolet, Honda etc as well. They go to work for you, they get you the best deal possible! Thank you so much to K2 and the whole Kia Team on helping me through this journey. You all are Awesome 👌🏾

Dillion White in the service department is OUTSTANDING!!! He and his staff go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of the right way. JP, and Felisha are also wonderful. So the next time you need service, give them a try, they will not disappoint.
