The service experience is absolutely horrible.
The service experience is absolutely horrible. After being a Kia owner since 2020 - their service department literally makes me want to sell this car and avoid Kia in the future. Inspections aren’t completed as stated, vehicle returned in a condition that was technically not safe to drive despite being assured it was (later tech admitted there was a major issue), requests to speak to service manager denied, sales staff comes into service waiting area to attempt to sell you new cars. Just ridiculously poor experience all around.

⭐ Review for Greenway Kia of Rivergate — 1536 Gallatin Pike N, Nashville, TN 37115 I’m writing this review because I believe in honesty and integrity — values I wish I had experienced at Greenway Kia of Rivergate, located at 1536 Gallatin Pike North, Nashville, TN 37115. When my son and his wife had twins (in addition to a toddler under two), they suddenly needed a vehicle that could safely hold three car seats. I explained this clearly to the salesperson and stressed how important reliability was. I wasn’t just buying a car — I was trying to make sure my grandchildren weren’t stranded on the side of the road. Instead, the dealership sold us two lemons. 🚫 First vehicle — Hyundai Palisade Within weeks, the motor completely failed. Despite the urgency of the situation and the fact that they had just sold it to me, the dealership refused to take responsibility, offer compensation, or even attempt to make it right. 🚫 Second vehicle — also failed Because I have integrity, I chose to return to the same dealership, explain the situation, and give them the opportunity to correct the problem. I even swapped the vehicle with them and requested only that they give me more than what another dealership would have offered, considering they were the ones who sold me a defective vehicle in the first place. They did the bare minimum. A few months later, the second vehicle’s motor also went out. Thankfully, I had purchased an extended warranty, so that repair was covered — but we still went months without a vehicle. Now, more problems: the bearings are failing, damaging the fan blades, and the repair is estimated at over $2,000. ❗ My conclusion Greenway Kia of Rivergate does not stand behind their vehicles. They do not inspect them properly before selling. They do not prioritize customer safety or satisfaction. I have done everything on my end with honesty and fairness, and I cannot say the same about this dealership. I wouldn’t buy a piece of gum from this place. And I strongly urge anyone reading this: if you want reliability, honesty, and true customer service, look elsewhere.
