I have a 2022 Kia Stinger that I bought here.
I have a 2022 Kia Stinger that I bought here. Everytime that I have brought my car in for service, this place manages to screw something up…EVERY TIME. Today I brought my car in for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 9:15. At 10:40 I was told that they were about to get started with the oil change and that it would only be another 30 minutes… an hour later, the service tech came and told me the mechanic has rotated the tires only to realize the tires are different sizes and now they need to switch them back…(WTH?!) BEFORE they took my car back to work on it they asked if I wanted the tires rotated. I replied only if they need it and then told him the tires were different sizes. The tech just told me they were going to comp the rotation as it was his fault that he didn’t tell the mechanic about the different sized tires…. The customer service and communication in this place is a joke at best. The only guy here who has been decent to deal with is Austin, but the rest of the people who work here should try a different career choice. It is now almost noon, and here I sit and wait. What’s the point of making an appointment? Why don’t the mechanics know about the models they work on? Why do I get so many poor explanations or excuses as to why things are going sideways? I just wish they would be honest with me rather than figuring out as they go. An oil change appointment shouldn’t throw a dealership into a tailspin in my opinion.
