Wyatt Johnson Kia

Purchased a used 2024 Kia Forte here, and was assured it was in perfect condition. The first time I took it onto the interstate, the right side of the car began to wobble, and I can only assume it was caused by the tires not being balanced properly. When I opened the center console, there was an open pack of chewing tobacco. I don't know how any dealership could allow this to happen. The car was dirty when I bought it, and as soon as I washed it, I saw why they didn't. There were scratches and cracks all over that I somehow overlooked, and they became glaringly obvious after it was cleaned. Furthermore, they told me to bring the car in the next day to have it cleaned, and they did the worst job I'd ever seen. There was dirt still on the floors; they didn't open any compartments to clean, and the seats were, for some reason, soaking wet. They only did the inside because it was "too cold" to clean the outside, so I took it to a carwash to clean the outside and finish vacuuming/cleaning the inside. That was also when I noticed how poor the condition of the vehicle was. Please do not buy a car from here. On a positive note, the salesperson was fairly nice. We actually came from the used car lot to buy the car here, and all the issues I have are with the car itself or "service" done and not him.

My wife visited Wyatt Johnson kia today to receive an oil change. The technician working was extremely professional, however when placing the appointment we were not informed of the price increase in the service. One oil change went from slightly over $80+tax to $169+tax and the used to offer a 3 oil change package that was $189+tax and now has increased to $369+tax. The price more then double in less than 3 months and when I ask why, I was told they were under new ownership. This is borderline robbery, I do not associate with businesses filled with such greed and this is not the Wyatt Johnson we as Clarksvillians we learned to trust with affordable and superior service. I done purchasing vehicles from here and definitely done with receiving service from them.

Crooked Dealership !!! DO NOT COME HERE and especially not for Service they will bend you over !!! False advertising and Lazy workers !! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST ESPECIALLY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, Lawsuit coming
