Got an appointment for service quickly and the time of day I needed it. Car was done on time and got a free car wash! Very nice people and I convinced my wife to bring her Kia there as well. I got text messages along the way on progress and when the car was going to be ready. Overall great experience start to finish.

This dealership deserves 100% positive reviews. From Joe in Finance to Mae in Sales it was a totally positive experience. We were treated with respect and courtesy bit more importantly we were treated honestly and fairly.

It says guidelines for writing a great review prior to typing the review as though this is needed. If I wanted to type a GREAT review I would but, being I didn’t get GREAT service I cannot adhere to those guidelines. The first thing I’d like to address is, I was looking forward to making my vehicle purchase since the year prior. I came into this he dealership last year and test drove a Kia Telluride and Kia Sorento. I fell in love with the features of the Sorento and felt like the telluride was too big. Fast forward. I came back this year September 27th 2025 after speaking to salesman Ray King on the telephone and receiving multiple texts regarding a purchase. On my initial visit I informed Ray I don’t have money to put down NOR a trade in, needed my payment to stay at a certain number and I wasn’t willing to budge due to high cost to insurance. He claimed to have understood. I informed him of the two vehicles I was interested in which were the Telluride and Sorento. I was informed for a brand NEW Sorento my payment would be high regardless. He then told me for all the features I wanted he had a 2021 Kia Telluride. He pulled the vehicle up and we took it for a spin. Once we got back he basically stated that my score was good but, a co-signer (not an option) or down payment would be needed. He also informed me of a fraud alert that I should work on having lifted. None the less he let me know these things even when I offered to give my stubs because honestly money does matter but he refused. Maybe 30 mins later he called stating there was an approval with $1000 down. I asked him about a possible trade in that moment and he stated he would get back to me regarding that matter(never did). So I planned to come in to the dealership Weds since that was my actual pay day and get this process done. But, I received a text message Monday or Tuesday asking me if I could come in and he’d send a driver to pick me up and what was my address. At that point I was not comfortable with coming in on Monday, but wanted an update regarding the conversation. He sent the VIN number and year make model of the vehicle. Tuesday I received a text message regarding me coming in a them arranging for a pick up but, since I worked in Rock Hill I told him I’d stop in. My stop in ended in the pick up of a vehicle I didn’t want to take possession of UNTIL all money and things were final, and until the terms I requested were met. Nope he assured me that everything would be good as long as I’d be able to obtain insurance. I didn’t leave that car lot until 8pm, keys in hand for the Telluride and papers signed. 30 mins later my whole decision on this purchase was questioned because the vehicle went out 3 blocks from my home right after crossing over the railroad tracks! I got on the phone immediately with Ray, he seemed to semi care, he did apologize but didn’t offer a tow, in fact he told me he’d call me back or to call him back once my AAA got there because he had to put his kids down to bed. The police pulled up to help me out the road while I wait for AAA, Me and my AAA driver took the vehicle back to the dealership that night. Service called me the next day and told me my vehicle would be ready in two days. Which it was Thursday so I assumed Sat/Monday the car would be complete. Nope done in 24 hours. At no point upon dropping vehicle off that night, picking up a loner I didn’t need and picking my car up was anything offered to rectify this situation other than a beverage, and an idk what happened. 1 week later Ray called about the down payment that was not made and I requested IN WRITING and extension that he claimed not to see in his email (same way he didn’t see any of my email requests regarding the initial correspondence of the down payment). He said oh that should be fine as we are on the phone. Ray blew my phone up 10/17 stating we NEED TO GET THAT DOWPAYMENT or we will lose funding!” This is NOT a me issue.
